The feeder is well designed, rugged built, and the quality is outstanding. It truly is squirrel proof. If the furry little creature does manage to get on the perch, his weight causes the feeder to close and he soon gets frustrated and leaves.
Some people say the feeders are a little high priced, but, considering the quality of the product,and the lifetime warranty, I think they are the best buy on the market. Shop around and compare quality. I think you will come to the same conclusion that I did.
I started enjoying enjoying bird watching many years ago. I made my first bird feeder when I was in the Boy Scouts, and it got me hooked. I've tried many different feeders. Some I made at home, several I bought at the store, but, I believe the Squirrel Buster is the best I have found.
When the cool weather comes, it is such a pleasure to wake in the morning, pour myself a cup of coffee, and watch from my kitchen window as my beautiful feathered friends gather around the feeder for their meal.
I enjoy the many variety of birds. There is the Blue Jay that is always squawking about something, the dainty little wren that flutters about. The mocking birds are close by always whistling a tune...pretending to be someone else. But, I believe my favorite is the Cardinal. I love the beautiful red and brown colors and the majesty of this bird.
